Direct Client Care and Referral Services

Haven Vineyard's residents receive top quality services on site that include personal care, nutritious meals, medication- assist, and recreational activities. Residents in need of psychological and inpatient treatment are referred to the appropriate affiliate partner.

Personal Care

Residents experience high quality care in a safe home-like atmosphere where they have the freedom to interact with fellow residents.

Nutritious Meals

Wholesome meals that include all of the food groups are served three times a day. Healthy snacks are also provided throughout the day.

Medication

Prescribed medications are self-administered with the staff supervision. Residents' medications are kept in a secure location until time for administration.

Recreational Activities

All work and no play makes for a dull day! Appropriate and seasonal activities are available for resident entertainment and recreation.

Psychological
Referrals

Residents in need of professional psychological services are referred to the appropriate affiliate agency.

Inpatient Referrals

Medical and psychological care that requires hospitalization is also referred out to the most appropriate facility.
